THE LUVPETSLIFE PET SITTING MISSION STATEMENT:

  • Home is the most important place in the world and it is a comfortable, familiar
    place where our pets want to stay.

  • Home is a place of security and the privacy of a home will be guarded with the
    utmost care.  

  • Pets will be visited by the same person every time, they will come to know their
    pet sitter as extended family.

  • Pet owners will have met their pet sitter.

  • The pet sitter will make visits to homes within a limited main area so as to provide
    consistent, dependable and caring service.


THE LPL BUSINESS PROFILE:

    This business is a sole proprietorship with no employees, established in 2006 to
    provide a pet care service for home owners living within approximately five miles
    of Auburn's Lea Hill community (Green River Community College main campus).


PROFESSIONAL PET SITTER AND SOLE PROPRIETOR LINDA HERMANSON:

    Linda got her first puppy when she was about three years old and she still
    remembers the joy that little puppy brought her, such a good friend! She's had
    dogs and cats as part of her family ever since.

    She has co-managed a large ranch in the White Mountains of Arizona where she
    gained hands on experience of horse care under the direct instruction of some of
    the best ranching families in that area. She also opened a small pet shop and
    worked as a dog groomer in Alpine/Springerville/Eagar areas of Arizona.

    Linda is an Associate in Computer Science Programming graduate of Pima College
    in Tucson, AZ and she did additional studies in Management Information Systems
    at the University of Arizona.  The computer education is put to use here as this
    website is created by Linda Hermanson.

    More recently, she studied at Green River Community College to receive another
    Associate Degree with an emphasis in Physical Therapy training. These studies in
    Physical Therapy included massage techniques which she puts to use for the
    benefit of her client pets as well as knowledge gained about communicable
    disease prevention and  information privacy.

    Linda's husband Bob is a Master of Library & Information Science graduate of the
    University of Washington, he has teaching credentials from Eastern Washington
    University and an Associate Degree in Computer Science from Westland College.  
    He is working full time at a local community college.
